Terms

An account, a library of templates, and an API that turns a template plus data into a document. What your plan includes is on Pricing and on your own plan page, and the numbers there are the agreement: the bundle you pay for, and a ceiling above it that exists so a runaway script cannot spend your money.

The price

The monthly amount of your plan, plus anything above the bundle at the rate shown on your plan page. Prices exclude VAT.

The way

A SEPA direct debit you authorise once, through Mollie, with a one-cent payment. After that the month is collected automatically and the invoice arrives by email.

A month is a month

You are charged for the month that has just ended, so nothing is paid up front and there is no minimum term.

If a collection fails

We tell you and try again. If it stays unpaid, rendering stops; your templates and your library do not disappear.

Fourteen days, one template, twenty-five documents, no payment details asked for. When it ends, the builder and your library stay exactly as they are and only rendering stops. Pick a plan and everything works again.

You

Cancel on your plan page. It runs to the end of the month you have already paid for, and nothing is collected after that.

Us

A month's notice, unless you are using it to do something illegal or something that puts the service at risk for everybody else, in which case we may stop sooner and will say why.

Your data afterwards

Ask and we remove your organization with everything in it. Until you ask, it stays where it is so you can come back.

We keep this running, we keep a nightly backup off the machine, and we tell you when something is broken. What we cannot promise is a percentage: this is one server, run by a small company, and an honest "we watch it and we fix it" is worth more than a number nobody can hold us to.

A document is made from the design and the data you send. What comes out is your responsibility: check your own quotes before they go to your customers. Since this installation now tells you how many fields the data actually filled, a blank document is something your flow can catch.

Liability is limited to what you paid us over the three months before the problem, which is the usual arrangement for a service at this price. Nothing here limits liability for intent or gross negligence.

Everything you paste in and everything you make with it belongs to you. We use it to run the service and for nothing else: no training, no analysing, no showing it to anyone. Morfee itself, the builder and the API stay ours.

Dutch law applies and a dispute goes to the court in the district of the address above. If these terms change, you hear about it a month before it takes effect, and using the service after that is agreement. The current version is always this page.
